Returns & Refunds

Items We Cannot Accept Back

• Opened or used ink, adhesives, or consumable products (unless defective).
• Custom engraved or bespoke items, final-sale products, or items marked non-returnable.
• Items damaged by misuse, modification, or improper storage after delivery.
• Returns shipped without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our team.

How to Start a Return

1. Email admin@vextonllc.com or use our Contact page with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box when possible. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship to the address we provide. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping your receipt.

Refund Timing and Amount

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived defective.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we provide a prepaid label for a verified defect or our error.

Defective or Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or does not work as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra shipping cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Contact us before returning. When stock allows, we can exchange an eligible item for the same product in a different variant.
